FAQ
Questions from toy libraries
Does it cost anything?+
No. Your page and the core software are free for toy libraries.
We already use MiBase or SetLS. Can we still join?+
Yes. Claiming your page doesn't change anything you already use, and we'll help you bring your catalogue across when the software is ready.
Who can claim our page?+
Anyone on the library's team: a coordinator, committee member or staff member. We check before handing over access.
Something on our page is wrong. How do we fix it?+
Claim the page with the form above and tell us what to change. We'll update it.
