Pricing questions
Is it really free for our library?+
Yes. Your library pays nothing, with no limits on toys or members, and you keep 100% of your membership fees.
How do you make money then?+
When a family chooses to join or renew online, they pay a A$5 booking fee on top of your membership price. It's shown upfront, waived for concession memberships, and never charged to your library. In-person and cash sign-ups have no fee.
Won't the fee put families off?+
It's optional: families who'd rather not pay it can join in person, as they do today. Most choose online for the convenience of joining from home.
Can you move our data from MiBase or SetLS?+
Yes, free. Send us an export (or give us read access) and we'll bring across your toys, photos and members, then check it with you before you switch.
When can we start?+
We're opening early access to a small group of toy libraries first. Claim your library's page and we'll invite you in.
What if you shut down?+
You can export everything at any time in standard formats, so your catalogue and member list are always yours.
